Disabled Homeowner Receives Accessibility Improvements

LeeBC

Recently, Lee BIA Builders Care was able to help a disabled homeowner in Fort Myers by providing accessibility improvements to her home.

Ms. Ferguson, 60, lives alone and is partially confined to a wheelchair. She was having difficulty getting in and out of her bathtub safely and was in need of accessibility modifications. In addition, she did not have a wheelchair ramp at her front entry, making it difficult for her to enter and exit the home without assistance. Fortunately, Builders Care was able to provide her with a portable ramp at her front entry and grab bars in her bathroom so she can safely access these areas in their home.
