Today was a record breaker for Builders Care! In six years, I am not sure we have ever completed two projects in one day! Our ramp build team was out bright and early at the home of Andrew in Fort Myers. Recent surgery left Andrew using a wheelchair for mobility and in the hospital until the ramp could be built. In one day, the veteran crew started and finished the 24′ ramp. WOW!
And just a few miles down the road, another Builders Care team was putting the finishing touches on a new handicap accessible bathroom for Daniel in N. Fort Myers. Now, Daniel can gain some independence back and take care of daily tasks.
Both teams made a huge difference for these homeowners in Lee County today. We continue to be amazed by the giving people that surround us. Thank you to all of you who participate, give and donate. YOU truly are making a difference in the lives of many in Lee County. Way to go TEAM!
