Lee BIA Builders Care, the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA) is celebrating 10 years of providing emergency construction services and repairs to the elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged homeowners of Lee County. To date, Builders Care has provided over $4 million of services at no cost to homeowners in Lee County with over 290 projects completed. The mission of Builders Care is to provide emergency home repairs and construction services to elderly, disabled and economically people who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means.
“We are blessed to have been given the opportunity to spend the past decade serving local families, and we are extremely excited to celebrate 10 years of service and $4 million in services, two momentous milestones within our organization, that truly reflect our commitment to enhancing the lives of those in need,” said Christi Pritchett Sarlo, executive director of Lee BIA Builders Care. “The success of our organization is greatly due to a strong board of directors and long-term supporting partners, and we are so grateful for all who have played such an important role in supporting our mission and, in turn, supporting local homeowners.”

Builders Care is the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA).
