Calling All Vendors!
Both food and non-food vendors are invited to participate in this year’s BBQ, Bands & Brew. We have availability for BBQ vendors, local restaurants, food trucks, catering companies, and other community businesses and organizations.
Interested vendors should complete the application and email Lee BIA Builders Care at BBQ@BIA.net. Payment must be made to reserve a spot. Please be sure to include a copy of applicable licenses and insurance to be considered for any available spots.

Where is the event?
We have a new location! The event is now held at Centennial Park in the historic Fort Myers River District. The venue has changed since the 2017 event. Please note that we are no longer hosting this event at the Alliance for the Arts.
Where is parking for the event?
General admission parking is available throughout downtown Fort Myers. The designated parking lots will have signage. VIP parking will be available for $20.00 on a first come, first serve basis.
Can we bring coolers?
No. Due to liability and other event issues, no coolers will be allowed.
What is prohibited from being taken into the event?
No umbrellas, animals or coolers will be allowed. However, we do encourage you to bring a folding chair or blanket for seating on the lawn.
Is food included with admission price?
No. We will have a variety of restaurants and other vendors selling food. Food prices range from $2.00 to $6.00.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes. Beer will be sold for $3.00 to $6.00. Wine will also be available for purchase. Soda and water will also be available for purchase.
How much is admission?
Admission price is $10.00. Kids 12 and under are free. The event showcases Southwest Florida’s BBQ cuisine, games and live entertainment and is a fundraiser for a local non-profit organization, Lee BIA Builders Care.
How can we pay for tickets?
Tickets are purchased at the gate. Cash sales only. An ATM will be available on site outside the entrance. You can also call to reserve your tickets and pick them up in advance at the Lee BIA office by calling (239) 938-0056.
Who puts on this event?
The event organizers are Lee Building Industry Association Builders Care program. All proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization, Lee BIA Builders Care, in providing emergency construction services to needy, elderly and disabled homeowners.
